"Confusing return policy and a long wait"
I couldn’t make sense of the return policy at all. I tried to get help, but I ended up waiting in the queue forever, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. By the time I got anywhere, I was basically stuck with my order

The place was okay, but the staff came across cold and didn’t seem very willing to help. I get that everyone has busy or off days, but I do think treating people with a little kindness and basic respect makes a big difference. It would’ve made the whole experience feel much better

I’ve reached out twice now and still haven’t heard a single thing back. It feels like I’m just being ignored, which is really frustrating when I’m the one stuck waiting for help.

I was trying to return my order and, I don’t know, maybe I missed something somewhere, but it felt way more confusing than it should’ve been. The directions weren’t super clear, so I kept clicking around trying to figure out what the next step was.
For what should’ve been a simple return, it took too long and got really annoying. I ended up just giving up after a while, which made the whole thing feel like a waste of time. Not really a good experience.

"Discounts didn’t really feel worth it"
I was hoping the sale would be a better deal, but even with the discounts, the prices still felt too high. I also expected a quicker response when I had questions, so the whole experience was a bit disappointing.

I ordered this expecting it to match the listing, but nope — the item looked nothing like the photos or description. The sizing was off, the material info was wrong, and the whole thing felt like a little masterpiece of the 'close enough' catalog

The shirt I received looked different from the pictures. The color was a lot duller in person, and the fit didn’t look the same as it did on the model, if that makes sense. I felt a bit misled and probably won’t order from them again.

"Too pricey for what it is"
I don’t feel like this was worth the price. I’m careful about what I spend, and for the amount I paid, I expected better quality. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of average, and the shipping cost made it feel even less worth it. I’d probably look for a cheaper option next time.

"Recent overseas order left a bad impression"
I just ordered from crossoverconceptstore.com recently, the international shipping experience was disappointing. The tracking barely moved for ages, and the package took much longer than I expected. I ended up having to follow up myself for updates, and even then the replies were slow. When it finally arrived, the box was beat up, which didn’t help. Maybe their local deliveries are smoother, but based on this recent experience, I wouldn’t risk ordering internationally from them again.

"Refund took forever-ish"
The refund took way longer than I expected, like, it just kind of dragged on. I kept waiting around for my money to show up, and the whole process felt slow and frustrating. The updates weren’t really clear either, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on most of the time. Overall, not really happy with how it was handled.

"Box showed up all smashed"
I opened the door and my first reaction was, “Seriously?” The box was crushed and ripped down one side, like it had been tossed around without much care. Luckily the item was still inside, but the whole thing just felt sloppy, especially considering what I paid. Disappointing

My order showed up really late, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. I was just sitting there wondering what was going on like, why is this so complicated? A simple tracking update would’ve made the wait a lot less frustrating.

I went in thinking it would have a nicer vibe, but it felt cramped, dim, and a little awkward. The staff were there, but the whole place just seemed flat and had no real energy. I did not really enjoy browsing and ended up leaving sooner than I expected.

I placed an order and then, i barely heard anything after that. The tracking link seemed to just sit there unchanged for days, and as far as I could tell, it didn’t really show where my parcel actually was.
I emailed to ask what was happening, but the replies took a while and didn’t really clear things up. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes, but from my side it just felt vague and unhelpful.
I ended up having to keep checking the tracking myself over and over, which got frustrating. I don’t think I’d use them again, at least not based on this experience.

"Exchange was way more hassle than it should’ve been"
Not gonna lie, trying to exchange my item was a frustrating experience. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up waiting around for replies just to sort out a simple size change. It really shouldn’t be that difficult. If exchanges are always like this, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I liked how simple the site was to use and the ordering process itself went smoothly, but the stock information really let me down. It said the item was in stock, so I paid for it, and then later I got an email saying it was actually sold out. Frustrating, because accurate stock updates should be basic.
